We stock Ex-Display and Ex-Demonstration models as well as Factory Seconds and Discontinued Models. We also stock some Pre-Owned Jacuzzi Hot Tubs with have been refurbished by Jacuzzi Engineers.
Jacuzzi® Hot Tub Classifications
Each Jacuzzi hot tub has been classified according to the status and condition in which it is presented for sale. They are as follows:
Ex-Display Hot Tubs
Ex-Display Hot Tubs will have been on display in a Jacuzzi showroom or an outdoor display area. They may have been used at a number of shows.
They will not have been used for wet tests or demonstrations and will not have been filled since they were tested at the Jacuzzi factory.
Ex-Display models will be in full working order, but may have some cosmetic defects.
Ex-Demonstration Hot Tubs
Ex-Demonstration Hot Tubs will have been set up for demonstration in a Jacuzzi showroom or an outdoor display area. They may have been used at a number of shows.
They will have been used for customer wet tests.
Ex-Demonstration models will be in full working order, but may have cosmetic defects and signs of use.
Factory Second Hot Tubs
Factory Second Hot Tubs will have defects or damage that has been identified in final inspection. They will be in working order, but Jacuzzi will not sell them as new products.
Details of any defects will be clearly described on the product page.
Discontinued Hot Tubs
Discontinued Jacuzzi Hot Tubs are either models that are no longer in the current Jacuzzi UK collection or have different specifications to the current season models.
They will be in as-new condition, but may have been on display in the Jacuzzi Outlet Centre.
Pre-Owned Hot Tubs
Pre-Owned models have been taken in part exchange where customers have chosen to upgrade to a newer Jacuzzi Hot Tub or Swim Spa.
They will have been thoroughly tested by Jacuzzi Engineers and any defect rectified.
Pre-Owned models may have cosmetic defects and will have signs of use.
